Playbooks are the choreography for your data analysis: you define once which steps AUDIPY and AMY should perform — and then run the workflow on demand with the AI agent of your choice. Through the open MCP standard, Playbooks already work today with our in-house Cortex and with any other MCP-capable agent.

Whether year-end audit, compliance review or travel-expense analysis: Playbooks document the audit path in a readable form and execute it the same way every time — without operating differences between users. Routine work becomes a single prompt; the time saved goes into the actual analysis.

Note: Playbooks are executed by an AI agent via the MCP standard. For seamless integration with AUDIPY we recommend our in-house Cortex (AUDIPY AI-Pro licence).

A Playbook describes an audit or analysis path in readable steps. These steps are stored centrally, versioned and can be executed by any authorised user — without the logic having to be reinvented. Routine processes become organisational knowledge that no longer depends on individual heads.

A Playbook is a clear instruction for a process. You define once which data is checked, which filters run and which reports are generated — and from then on you can repeat the workflow as often as you like. Regardless of who starts the Playbook, the result is reproducibly the same.

All steps of a Playbook remain readable — not in a black box, but as a traceable workflow. This simplifies quality assurance, hand-overs within the team and the further development of existing audit paths. Implicit knowledge becomes structured knowledge that outlasts the organisation.
